Rising
Rising, LLC is a subsisdiary of Waterbottle focused on housing and property management. There are currently 20 properties in the Rising portfolio spread throughout West Baltimore serving neighborhoods from Park Circle in northwest all the way to Midtown-Edmonsdon central to the city.

History
Founded in 2022, Waterbottle is a worker-owned co-operative serving as the locus of co-operative governance and equity for sister subsidiaries AFS and Rising.

Appalachian Field Services, AFS, is an MHIC licensed construction social enterprise committed to providing work and career advancement to individuals facing barriers to employment, and to serving and lifting up the communities within which it works.
